I am an Agriculture Engineering by the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia (Spain), speciality in Food Processing. I am 18 years experienced in applied R&D for the AgroFood, Water, Bioenergy and Environment sectors.
Nowadays, I am the head in a multidisciplinar team of engineers and technical graduates at ainia technology center. Our areas of specialization are: bioenergy (biogas, biomethane, microalgae), biorefineries and biobased products, hygienic design & EHEDG, cleaning and disinfection, ozone, food safety management systems, traceability and food chain analysis, water technologies, carbon and water footprint, resource and eco-efficiency, IPPC/IED and Best Available Techniques (BATs).
